Confirmation
When you have finished booking in the booking system, you will receive an email with a booking number and a receipt for the service purchase. Receipt does not equal delivery, we reserve the right to reverse an order if any kind of misconduct is suspected. When you have completed the purchase of a gift certificate in the gift certificate system, you will receive an email with a gift certificate number that can be used to book the purchased service in the booking system. You will also receive a receipt for the purchase. Receipt does not equal delivery, we reserve the right to reverse an order if any kind of misconduct is suspected.

Payments and order security – encryption
The following cards can be used in our booking-gift card system:

Visa
Visa electron
Mastercard
Maestro

The payment will appear on your card statement in the same way as general in-store transactions.

Online price (price)
The stated price in our booking-gift voucher system is in Icelandic króna. Note that price changes are not announced in advance.

The service includes VAT. Please note that the price in the booking-gift voucher system can change without notice and that all prices are published subject to typographical errors.

Cancellation
We offer the refund booking system if cancellation is received within 4 hours before the booked time starts. Cancellation must be made by clicking on the URL that was included in the booking confirmation email.

You can also send an email to skorbar@skorbar.is to our reception and cancel within 4 hours before the booked time starts.

Site Security
We put the security of our customers first. We use the best technology available to ensure that all payments are secure. SSL encryption is used to ensure the encryption of the card number and other personal data, but the encryption meets the highest requirements for data protection on the Internet.

We do not store any card information on our web servers or sites.

Varnarþing
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of him, it shall be conducted in an Icelandic court.
